🔒 1. No Return / No Exchange Policy (Except Specific Cases)

We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy unless the item received falls under the eligible return cases listed below.

Returns are NOT accepted when the issue is caused by the customer, such as:

  • The customer changed their mind

  • Ordered the wrong size or color

  • No longer wants the item

  • Entered an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Found a lower price elsewhere

  • Order cancelled after being processed or shipped

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

  • The customer refuses or does not collect the parcel

This helps maintain low prices and fast processing times.


 

🟢 2. Eligible Return, Refund & Replacement Cases

We offer returns, refunds, or replacements ONLY under these conditions:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item

  • Defective product

  • Missing items in the package

  • Wrong size or color due to a supplier mistake

  • The package lost during transit

  • Excessively late delivery (beyond our delivery guarantee)

In eligible cases, you will receive:

✔ A full refund
OR
✔ A free replacement
(Depending on your choice and product availability)


 

📷 3. Proof Required for Claim Approval

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • Photo/video showing the damage/defect

  • Optional: unboxing video (may be required for certain claims)

Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.


 

🕒 4. Claims Must Be Reported Within 48 Hours

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


 

🚚 5. Return Shipping Policy

For eligible cases (our fault or supplier’s fault):

  • Return shipping cost is fully covered by us, OR

  • The product may not need to be returned (based on supplier policy)

Customers never pay return shipping for valid cases.

For non-eligible cases:

  • No return, refund, or free replacement is provided

  • Customer bears any cost if the item must be returned (rare)


 

📦 6. Tracking Shows Delivered – No Refund Policy

If the shipping carrier marks the shipment as Delivered, we cannot issue a refund for claims such as “Item not received.”

Customers must contact their local post office or carrier for resolution.
This helps protect against fraudulent claims.


 

7. Refused / Unclaimed Packages

If the customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Returning packages cannot be reshipped for free


 

🎨 8. Color Differences Disclaimer

Slight color variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting

  • Device screen settings

Color differences do not qualify for return or refund.


 

📏 9. Size Variation Disclaimer (±1–3 cm)

Size measurements may vary by 1–3 cm due to manual production.
This does not qualify as a defect or reason for refund.


 

🌍 10. Customs/Weather/Courier Delay Disclaimer

Delays caused by customs checks, weather conditions, or courier issues are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.


 

💳 11. Refund Method

  • All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days once approved.


 

12. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
We try our best to cancel if the order has not yet been processed, but it is not guaranteed.
